Context & objectives:

The Majda Tunisia group is one of the most important foreign private investors in Tunisia with participations in the financial and tourism sectors.As part of its digital transformation strategy, the group has created a specialized subsidiary to accelerate the digital transition and to accompany the group's entities in their digital transformation.The group seeked assistance from Matine to consolidate its strategic vision and operationalize the activities of its new subsidiary.
