Awareness raising and implementation of the Digital Talents jobs and skills repository within private and public sectors

Context & objectives:

The World Bank supports any program that improves the employability of young graduates and boosts Tunisia's economy. In a first phase, a project made it possible to develop an ICT academy, a directory of ICT professions and an ICT observatory in collaboration with certain players in the sector. The next phase initially consists of raising awareness among as many players in the ICT sector as possible of the benefit of adopting the sector's trade directory and skills framework.Objectives targeted by the client:

  • Organization of a program launch seminar.
  • Organization and animation of awareness workshops in 4 regions of Tunisia.
