EBITDA improvement strategy for an industrial group in the food industry in North Africa (packaging)

Context & objectives:

Despite 6 consecutive years of revenue growth, in a difficult environment, customer EBITDA remained stable at a low margin level. Several areas for improvement have already been identified but their implementation has not translated into an improvement in EBITDA.The project strives to:

  • Set targets for improving EBITDA
  • Define a detailed action plan
  • Prepare the implementation

Over 400 ideas for improving EBITDA with a potential impact of + 70%. Nearly 100 people were involvedEBITDA Improvement Plan of 30% to 50% depending on the unitsNew dynamics of change:
  • Project organization, governance plan and definition of PMO
